I bought the vaquero not too long ago and it's absolutely my favorite knife I've bought. It's mostly for defense but you can still do a lot with it. Good clip
For a knife that size fixed blade is the way to go
Who the hell carries tip down?!?!?!?!
You should probably get a sword
I don't wanna be defending myself with knife in wilderness. Lol. But you can't argue with your logic
Exactly, lost in the woods with wildlife everywhere, would you rather want your little Bushcraft knife or a CS Marauder?.
I carry a pointy shovel, and 18 of my closest friends.
A big big knife state ? Yeah, love it 👍🏻
Carry a gun and a smaller knife…..
Whole folding sword
As everyone else is saying, a fixed blade knife and sheath is by far the better solution. You’re carrying substantial useless, wasted weight in a handle. You don’t need to dual hand a 12 inch blade and the ‘modified sabre grip’ is idiotic and unergonomic. The point of a folder is to have a way to carry a slightly longer blade SAFELY IN A POCKET. If your folder is a foot long folded, it’s missing the point of its form factor. If you’re carrying it in a bag, it’s no safer than a knife in a proper sheath. You can’t carry that atrocity in your pocket, and if you’re belting it, why not carry a fixed blade that is the same blade length in a shorter, more ergonomic handle that is also simpler, more robust and durable and less prone to malfunction? I can see the utility of a folding saw. A sheath for a saw would cause immense wear on both the sheath and it’s blades. A scabbard might be better, but still less than ideal. Same goes for bagging or belting a naked saw. Easy way to injure yourself. Also, two handing a dual cut razor saw is perfectly natural, so in every aspect, a folding miniature hand saw makes sense, even if it’s a foot or two long folded.
I had to do a double take to make sure I wasn't hallucinating for going crazy! LMAO!
DEFENDING yourself with that?! 🤣
Definitely compensating
False sense of security with a larger knife. If you are attacked by a bear without a lanyard attached to your knife, you were most likely drop it. Good luck with that
Cold Steal please make a Viking Seax with a 7 or 8 inch blade.
A large knife can do small tasks, but a small knife can’t do large tasks.
Rajah 2… Lit!
Makes since
this has to be a joke theres not a single reason to carry a folder this big xD just carry a fixed fcking troll
I carry a talwar xl
Makes sense too me ⚔️🥇⚔️
🙄
Slicing leaves isn't exactly fine cutting, but I see your point
New Subscriber. Keep the videos coming and thanks for the tip
And thats why I carry a long sword everywhere. Just incase I have to fight a dragon at Walmart, or make a 1 stick fire at my local bank.
Thatth a thuper big knife, you guyth.
He ith therious about hith knifths.
What’s the most useless knife you own?
Just use a machete
It better to have it and not need it to not have it and need it
Sword.
Uhm… That's why you carry 2 knives. Maybe one in/on the pack or car. And the larger is going to be a fixed blade. That could go on the hip. Not a folding sword in the pocket. Dumb.
Just carry a fixed blade dam
