Congratulations and thanks to organizers of the February 2025 Leonard v.B. Sutton Colloquium at the Sturm College of Law, University of Denver in Colorado, USA, where a diverse group of international scholars shared their insights from disparate legal systems and explored relevant developments in global, regional, and national human rights jurisprudence. Thanks also to editors of the Denver Journal of International Law & Policy (DJILP) for publishing finalized versions of the papers in two volumes. The first of these, DJILP volume 54.1 (Fall 2025), featured papers by Carole J. Petersen, Gauri Pillai, Rosa Celorio and Rebecca J. Cook. Volume 54.2 will publish papers by Mara Malagodi, Melina Girardi Fachin, Satang Nabaneh, Agustina Ramón Michel and Dana Repka. We also thank Professors Louise Seiler and Kelley Loper, whose introduction to both volumes shows how the papers “reflect a rich variety of legal and theoretical responses to reproductive rights” and identifies cross-cutting themes and frameworks. With special thanks to Anya Szentes, DJILP’s Editor in Chief, we are pleased to circulate the Table of Contents for the initial volume, with links to the full text. All Articles are now online through Denver Digital Commons:
