Ick. Josh Duggar‘s little brother Joseph is allegedly taking after him.
Joseph was just arrested and charged in Florida with lewd and lascivious behavior, involving unlawful sexual activity with a minor.
According to the Bay County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, a 14-year-old came forward with allegations stemming from several years prior, claiming there were several incidents when the 31-year-old sexually assaulted her! She was participating in a forensic interview related to a report of past sexual abuse when she made the reveal. She alleged the sexual activity occurred when she was just 9 years old on a family vacation in Panama City Beach back in 2020.

The press release detailed:
“The victim reported Duggar repeatedly asked her to sit on his lap. As the vacation continued, he also asked her to sit next to him on a couch and covered them with a blanket. During this time, Duggar manipulated the victim’s underwear and grazed her genitals. Duggar would also continue to rub his hands on her thighs.”
She alleged he “eventually apologized for his actions and the incidents stopped after the apology.”
The victim’s father confronted the 19 Kids and Counting star about the assault on March 17, 2026 — that’s this past Tuesday — and “Duggar admitted his actions to the victim’s father and to Tontitown Detectives.” He was promptly arrested out of state and “charged with Lewd and Lascivious Behavior — Molestation of a Victim Less Than 12-years-old and Lewd and Lascivious Behavior Conducted By A Person 18 Years Or Older.”

Per People, Joseph was booked into a Washington County, Arkansas, jail on Wednesday afternoon and is now awaiting extradition to Bay County. See his mug shot:

Giving us nasty flashbacks to Josh’s mug shots. As Perezcious readers know, this is not the Duggars’ first rodeo with allegations of this kind.
Back in 2015, Josh confessed to molesting several young girls, including some of his sisters. He also admitted to having an affair using Ashley Madison. His trouble continued years later and he was found guilty of possession of child pornography and sentenced in 2022. He’s currently set to be behind bars until August 2032.
Really horrific to see these kind of allegations surfacing again within this same family.
