High-quality, inclusive sexuality education isn’t a one-and-done training—it’s a lifelong journey of learning, adapting, and growing.

In honor of Options for Sexual Health’s 20th Anniversary of our Sexual Health Educator Certification (SHEC) program, we created our brand-new SHEC Master Class Series!

Beginning this September, this ongoing professional development series brings together educators, healthcare providers, and community leaders across Canada to tackle complex topics, explore emerging research, and level up classroom practices.

Best of all? This series is open to everyone. Whether you are a SHEC graduate, a teacher, an educator, a counsellor, or simply someone who works with youth and adults in this field, these workshops are designed for you!

Staying up-to-date in sexuality education can feel like a solo battle. Educators often struggle to find dedicated, high-quality spaces to refresh their knowledge and stay current—this series was built to be that national hub for ongoing, cutting-edge learning and community building.
