AFRICAN COURT DECISIONS – LEGAL GROUNDS III resource has moved to Pretoria!
[African court decisions] Legal Grounds III: Reproductive and Sexual Rights in Sub-Saharan African Courts (the original PDF book, plus a web edition updated to 2025) are now online and searchable at Pretoria University Law Press. Inter-American Court of Human Rights, “Advisory Opinion OC-31/25 on the content and scope of the right to care and its interrelation with other rights” requested by the Republic of Argentina (adopted June 12, 2025) [The Court recognized the right to care as an autonomous human right, intrinsically linked to the right to health, and required States to guarantee access to sexual and reproductive health services as part of ensuring personal and reproductive autonomy.] Advisory Opinion in Spanish.
